abrdn Silver ETF Trust SIVR
purpose of the abrdn Silver ETF Trust (the "Trust") is to own silver transferred to the Trust in exchange for shares
issued by the Trust ("Shares"). Each Share represents a fractional undivided beneficial interest in and ownership
of the Trust. The assets of the Trust consist solely of silver bullion. The Trust was formed on July 20, 2009 when an initial deposit of silver was made in exchange for the issuance of two Baskets (a "Basket" consists of 50,000 Shares).
