RF Acquisition Corp II RFAI

RF Acquisition Corp II is a blank check company incorporated on February 5, 2024, as a Cayman Islands exempted company. The Company was formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses (the "Business Combination"). Although the Company is not limited to a particular industry or sector for purposes of consummating a Business Combination, the Company intends to focus its search for a Business Combination on target businesses in Asia within the deep technology sector, including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and biotechnology. We shall not undertake our Business Combination with an entity or business with China operations consolidated through a variable interest entity ("VIE") structure.
