AUTOZONE INC AZO
AutoZone, Inc. ("AutoZone," the "Company," "we," "our" or "us") is a leading retailer and distributor of automotive replacement parts and accessories in the Americas. We began operations in 1979 and at August 30, 2025, operated 6,627 stores in the United States ("U.S."), 883 stores in Mexico and 147 stores in Brazil. We also sell automotive hard parts, maintenance items, accessories and non-automotive products through www.autozone.com, and our commercial customers can make purchases through www.autozonepro.com. Additionally, we sell the ALLDATA brand of automotive diagnostic, repair, collision and shop management software through www.alldata.com. We also provide product information on our Duralast branded products through www.duralastparts.com. We do not derive revenue from automotive repair or installation services. Revenue by geography
- United States
- Outside the United States
| Region | FY2025 | FY2024 | FY2023 |

| United States | $16.67B | $16.22B | $15.62B |
| Outside the United States | $2.27B | $2.27B | $1.84B |
As the company reported it, from the “Segment Reporting - Schedule of net sales and long-lived assets classified by geography (Detail)” note of its latest 10-K. Every figure here has been checked against the total revenue the same filing reported. Regions are the filer's own and are not mapped onto a standard list — one company's “Americas” and another's “United States” are different areas, and making them look comparable would mean making at least one of them wrong. Slices under 1% are folded into “Other”.
Revenue by segment
- Auto Parts - Failure
- Auto Parts - Maintenance items
- Auto Parts - Accessories and other
| Segment | FY2025 | FY2024 | FY2023 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Auto Parts - Failure | $9.29B | $8.98B | $8.41B |
| Auto Parts - Maintenance items | $6.81B | $6.62B | $6.22B |
| Auto Parts - Accessories and other | $2.84B | $2.89B | $2.83B |
As the company reported it, from the “Segment Reporting - Significant expenses provided to the CODM (Detail)” note of its latest 10-K. Every figure here has been checked against the total revenue the same filing reported. Segments are the filer's own reporting structure, which is a decision about how it runs itself rather than a standard taxonomy: two companies in the same industry routinely divide themselves along different lines, so these are worth reading down a single company rather than across two. Slices under 1% are folded into “Other”.
