The Company, which was incorporated in Delaware in 1966 and is headquartered in Fort Smith, Arkansas, started over a century ago as a local Arkansas freight hauler. Today, as a result of organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and visionary leadership, we are a logistics powerhouse with 14,000 employees across nearly 250 campuses and service centers. Our customers are at the center of our strategy.
